How long does my order take to ship?
Please allow 3-5 weeks for your item to be shipped, unless stated otherwise. Remember every piece is made to order and handmade just for you in our studio. If you need a piece to be rushed, feel free to contact us an we'll try to make it happen.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all our orders through UPS. A tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped. Direct signature is not required, if you want to add that service contact us as soon as possible or make a note at checkout. We’re not responsible for stolen or lost packages after shown they’ve been delivered.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide. Please allow extra time for your piece to arrive. International shipping may be subject to customs fees and it’s outside our power and not included in our shipping price. If charged extra when package enters your country, as a customer you’re responsible for covering the cost.

What is your return policy?
You can't cancel or return an order since every piece is made to order but we'll try to do anything possible to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with the quality, size, color, etc... of your piece, or the item got damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will happily work something out.
If you are sending a piece back to our studio after approval:
Please make sure you send through a shipping carrier that provides you with a tracking number or insurance. Please use a padded envelope or box. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Can I alter my order after I checked out?
Please contact us as soon as possible after your check out and provide your name and description of the item you bought. If it hasn't been made we can alter your order. In case you're exchanging your piece to a different style, it might take a few days to ship again. (No cancelation on items purchased).
